Looking for a pet-friendly apartment community in Avon, CO? Look no further than Buffalo Ridge II! As a pet-friendly community, we proudly allow cats and dogs here at Buffalo Ridge II. Now your pet can relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

Pet Policy:

Cats and Dogs Welcome Upon Approval.
Two pets maximum per home.
There is a non-refundable deposit of $400 for the first pet.
All pet deposits are due upon move-in date.
A $35 monthly pet rent will be charged per pet.
All pets must have proof of vaccinations.
All pets must be registered in Eagle County, Colorado.
