Thank you for the interest of making Buffalo Ridge II Apartments your next home! Buffalo Ridge waitlist has closed until further notice. Before applying, please call our leasing office at 970 949 1285 to inquire about availability.

If you still decide to apply and there is not an apartment available for you, we will retain your information for five (5) business days to see if a spot in the waitlist will come available. If not, we will cancel your application in our system, and you can reach out to us to reapply.

If and when there is an apartment available for you, our staff will instruct you on the additional forms that you will need to complete and help you arrange to get your certified funds of $500 for the Holding Deposit submitted to the office. Once we receive all the required documents and the Holding Deposit in the time allotted, we will run your application, and a formal hold on the available apartment will be placed by you until we determine eligibility. For our rental criteria, we review:

• Income for our low-income housing program
• Satisfactory Credit History
• Satisfactory Background Check
• Formal Rental History
