Cats and Dogs Welcome Upon Approval. Two pets maximum per home. There is a non-refundable deposit of $400 for the first pet. All pet deposits are due upon move-in date. A $35 monthly pet rent will be charged per pet. All pets must have proof of vaccinations. All pets must be registered in Eagle County, Colorado.
